Family Room Makeover!

​As a part of a larger scale remodel project, this family room adjacent to kitchen & dining area was enhanced with custom materials to suit the homeowner's taste and lifestyle. Existing hardwood flooring was added into this space & finished in warm mahogany/espresso stain. A new gas fireplace was installed at floor level, then surrounded in limestone. New custom designed built-ins and mantel were finished on-site to give a seamless traditional look. In-wall speakers & sub-woofer were finished in wall color give a seamless hidden look. Flat panel TV was mounted just above mantel height. Electrical outlets at mantel top. New Milgard window installed & a warm interior paint palette.
